Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1. Return Eligibility 

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.  

  • The item must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).  

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.  

2. Non-Returnable Products 

Returns are not applicable for: 

  • Customized products  

  • Basket item products  

  • Home decor products  

These products are carefully handmade and may have limited availability or unique craftsmanship. 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products 

If you receive: 

  • A damaged product  

  • A defective product  

  • An incorrect item  

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

  • Order details  

  • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue  

After verification, we will arrange an exchange with the correct product. 

4. Refund Process 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

5. Return Shipping Charges 

For eligible return requests, the return shipping cost will be borne by Pahadi Weaves. 

6. Cancellation Policy 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. 

7. Handmade Product Disclaimer 

Pahadi Weaves products are handmade using natural and eco-friendly materials such as jute, wool, cotton, hemp, and bhimal. 

Slight variations in: 

  • Color  

  • Texture  

  • Size

  • Finish  

are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
