Currently, we offer shipping only across Pan India. 

2. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. 

As many of our products are handmade and artisan-crafted, slight processing variations may occur during high-demand periods. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time 

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days depending on the delivery location. 

Delivery timelines may vary during: 

  • Festivals and holidays  

  • Weather conditions  

  • Natural disruptions  

  • Courier partner delays  

  • Unforeseen circumstances  

4. Shipping Charges 

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.  

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

We use trusted logistics partners such as IThink Logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. 

6. Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Our products are handmade using natural and eco-friendly materials such as jute, wool, cotton, hemp, and bhimal. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handcrafted products.
